Each month, you’ll receive exclusive access to a Meditate ON exploration series. Meditate ON…Chocolate, Meditate ON, Wine, Meditate ON Jazz, Meditate ON, Deep Stretch.I’ll ask you to make time to get out your bottle of wine, your box of chocolates, your yoga mat and I’ll guide you on tastings, stretch, or sometimes we’ll lie back and listen to classic tunes.

MEDITATE ON

365 Customized Meditations

You’ll have more freedom to customize your meditation experience all 365 days.Each day, you’ll be able to choose a longer track, 30 minutes instead of the usual 18 minutes. That means longer periods of reflection if you so choose.

Book Club

Each month, you’ll receive a new book in the mail. We’ll talk about the book in our meditations and private conversations.I’ll give you journal prompts and ask you to explore the book in a way that will feel like your favorite course in college…something to trigger your curiosity and passion…constantly.When the year is done, you will have read 12 books and journaled at least 100 pages on lessons and wisdom you’ve discovered.

Friday Deep Dive

Every Friday, you'll receive a 30 minute in depth-meditation.It will feel like so much more than a meditation. Think exclusive Audible story, taking you to new places based on the theme, giving you more, taking you deeper, EVERY WEEK.

Once each month, you and I will have a call with other Explorer’s Club members.This is only available to the Private Explorer’s Club. We will do a deep dive on the weekly theme and create friendship, community, connection around those highly unique humans on this expedition of a lifetime.
